Ramsbottom Vintage Markets by Manchester Vintage

I am always really jealous of those who live really close to cities because they have easy access to vintage fairs and events and I always seem to miss them. Finally a monthly vintage fair is being held in Ramsbottom (funny name I know) which is about 15 minutes away from where I live. I wasn't sure how good it was going to be but I can assure you it was amazing. I don't think they expected such a good turn out as well as it was held in a teeny tiny room in the civic hall which became warm and stuffy. I was able to take some pictures of the lovely stalls inside.

Agatha Blue had the cutest home items . I particularly loved the tea cup sets. Their business cards were adorable too!

Brooke's cupcakes were literally the cutest things ever and  I stupidly forgot to buy one on the way out! I will definitely get one next month.

Sew Lovely Vintage was exactly that: so lovely! From the way that the table was set out, the necklaces on the cork board to the business cards, it was all so pretty! You can follow them on twitter and on facebook.

Groovy Gang and Rose&Lee vintage living were two stalls that sold a wide range of products from bath products and candles to vintage clothes and furniture. The bottles in the first picture were actually beautiful and would look good as a decoration in the home.

Tallulah Hearts did lots of cute little bits but it was their jewellery that caught my eye. All of their necklaces were £4 and rings were £3 or 2 for £5. They had a birdcage necklace which was so lovely and was only £4 which is a fantastic price considering that most high street stores sell them for twice as much.

I bought this gorgeous mint green jumper from Heart- A unique boutique for £6.99. My favourite thing about the whole vintage fair was that everything was reasonably priced. When you go to vintage shops they seem to sell their products for ridiculous prices just because they can. For example a jumper would be around £30 but at the fair most were around £8.

I spotted this faux fur jacket at the Rose&Lee vintage living stall and managed to convince my Mom to buy it for me as an early birthday present. It was £35 which I think is fairly cheap for a faux fur jacket as I know places such as Topshop and Miss Selfridge sell them for around £90. I have been looking for a nice faux fur coat for years and I have finally found one!

I had such a wonderful time today however we did miss the fashion show which I am gutted about. Hopefully they will do another one next time. I really cannot wait to go again.

Have you been to any good vintage fairs recently? x
